Through Portal Industries, a United Way-funded agency that works with people with disabilities, Trisha Stanislawski (left) works with her job coach, Missy Propper, talent manager at General Metal Works in Mequon.  This year, United Way invested nearly $1.5 million in programs that help people with disabilities improve self-sufficiency and enhance well-being.
